Who are we looking for?

A systematic, accurate and communicative person who will be able to solve assigned task by good communication both inside our company and outside – with our customers.

What will you do with us?

  • organization of the maintenance, regular update and control of relevant sales data and key
    performance indicator in cooperation with the sales project leaders and the sales manager / sales
    director.
  • Preparation of weekly /monthly reporting, forecasting, billing analysis and other sales reporting tasks
    / statistic or sales related documents (e.g.. risk management file, monthly meeting report, etc.)
  • Monitoring and support in collecting of overdues for the assigned sales account.
  • Monitoring of expenses of the sales department
  • Proceeding and following up of the tooling and development cost orders, as well as quality related
    RMA process between customer and supplier in accordance with the related sales project leaders /
    quality engineers
  • support in preparation of annual price reduction negotiations with related OEMs/TR1s
  • Ensure and maintain consistent and correct customer master and pricing data
  • support for preparation of budgets (sales-, expense and investment budget, etc.)
  • support paid sample handling in cooperation with SCMlead a small team of warranty specialists, coordinate their activities and communicate between sister companies

Required skills:

  • minimum high school education, preferable Bc. degree in economy / business administration
  • communicative, leading, proactive, willing to learn, time flexible
  • The Technical Specification IATF 16949, related core tools
    APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D reporting knowledge is a big advantage, not a must
  • English on high level speaking and written, German as big advantage
  • driving licence type B
